Need Advice On A Good Testing Application For The CPU

Hello.
I'd like to know if there's a reliable application that allows to test the CPU and specify if there are problems or errors.
Basically a way to test if the CPU works flawlessly 100%.
I need an application that does more than just stress the cpu and showcase temperatures.

Ah.... normally people just stress test the system for 24 hours and draw data from that, if it doesn't crash or produce an error in the stress software then you're fine. I'm not familiar with any software that specifies what problems/errors there are for CPU issues... you might be asking too much so just a heads up. Any Prime95 is my goto for CPU testing if you want to use that.
