Need advice on a graphics card for a 300w PSU

Alright as I say I need a little advice here. Upgrading the PSU isn't an option as the the reps at Dell (...) say it could fry the motherboard in my Inspiron 531 and I don't have the cash right now for a PSU and a video card upgrade.

So here are the general specs of the pc, the graphic card died a while back. It has Anthlon 5200 proccessor I believe, a SATA Western Digital 320 GB HD in it, 300w bestec PSU, 3gbs of ram, 1 dvd rom drive, the sound card, and a ec228 huawei air card from Altel that run off of that PSU.

From what I've researched, there are people saying that I could probobly safely manage to run either a 9500 GT, or an ATI 4670 off of a 300w PSU.

Keep in mind, I can't upgrade the PSU right now, I just don't have the budget for it. So can anyone offer any advice, do you think i could safely run either of those cards on the system listed above?

The 4670 may run on 300 watts but on a PSU of that brand it would be pushing it. Id feel more safe it was Antec or Corsair or something.

The 4670 should have 400W generally and the 9500GT should have around 350W at least; just to get a general idea.

Honestly you may have to go with an even lower card if you can't get a new PSU.

Dells 300W psu can handle 9800Gt so he can go for HD 4670 just to be safe.
