I've been saving for a while for a new gaming build, and now I have enough to build a good one, to hopefully be able to start playing in 4K. The only resource intensive use will be gaming, and I play games like Civilization VI, Stellaris, Cities Skylines, PUBG, RPGs like CD Projekt Red, Bioware and Bethesda single player ones. I have chosen the parts below, and am looking for advice, as in is anything lacking? overkill? incompatible? should I get extra fans for the case? (I live in a hot climate) Thanks!

MB: Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Pro
CPU: i9-12900K
GPU: Asus Geforce RTX 3080 Ti TUF
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5 6000Mhz 2x16
PSU: XPG Core Reactor 850W
Cooler: NZXT Kraken X73 360mm
SSD: WD Black SN850 1TB
Tower: NZXT H7 Flow

The 12900K is a hose job for gaming at 4K. What is your budget and what country are you located?

Oh, ok. Which one do you think would fit best with the system?

Standard advice is one of the several variants of the 12600 or 12700..........depending on your budget and whether or not you want integrated graphics (I would, some don't) or overclocking capability (most don't).

The 12600 non-K does not have E cores, which most people (?) would want. The 12600K, 12700, and 12700K do have E cores.

The F versions do not have integrated video as far as I know.

Price difference from 12600 non-K up to 12700K is about 150 dollars in USA.

What power supplies can you get other than that XPG?

You may be OK with a B660 board rather than Z690.

I live in Brazil, my budget is R$30k and the above system costs R$24k. I don't know the expression "hose job", is it bad? hehe
I would look an i7 12700 /12700F or 12700K / 12700KF

Thanks, guys! I think I'll go with the i7-12700K then, and change the PSU to the one Why_Me suggested. About the board, I think I'll stick with the Z690, as I read it supports OC and the B660 doesn't, and as I did with my current system, I plan to OC the CPU when it's becoming dated, to delay having to upgrade. Does that make sense?

Worth is something only YOU can determine.
I think you have a good list of parts.
True, 4k gaming is mostly limited by the graphics card.
But, 3080ti is very appropriate.
If there were to be any adjustments, consider a 2tb ssd up front.
Puget systems likes the Samsung units for reliability:
