so i have two options: rosewill 1200W 80 plus gold and thermaltake toughpower 750W Gold series. So which one is better for R9 390 PowerColor PCS+ 8GB card?

Solution
TH did a review about that Rosewill unit. It has older platform and it's also quite noisy,

As far as PSU reliability goes, one of the easiest sources to know that is by looking the warranty period given to the PSU.
That 1.2 kW Rosewill unit comes with 5 years warranty. TT ToughPower Gold 750W comes with 7 years of warranty. PSU which i'd suggest to you: Seasonic PRIME Ultra 750 (80+ Titanium), in the other hand, comes with 12 years of warranty. Also, Seasonic is the only PSU OEM in the world who gives more than 10 years of warranty for their PSUs (PRIME series).

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic while i have the PRIME 650 (80+ Titanium) unit in Skylake build. Full specs with pics in my sig.
