[SOLVED] need advice on a reliable psu for my r9 390 card

so i have two options: rosewill 1200W 80 plus gold and thermaltake toughpower 750W Gold series. So which one is better for R9 390 PowerColor PCS+ 8GB card?

Both units have their flaws and the Rosewill has a loud cooling fan. Either is big enough both are mediocre units and you system would run fine on a quality 650 watt unit http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

As far as PSU reliability goes, one of the easiest sources to know that is by looking the warranty period given to the PSU.
That 1.2 kW Rosewill unit comes with 5 years warranty. TT ToughPower Gold 750W comes with 7 years of warranty.
