Need advice on choosing a mobo

hi there people of tom's

i've recently bought an i5-2500k, and i am w/c mobo or motherboard shall i fit it in.

here are my criteria
* of course it should support socket 1155
* brand preference is Asrock cause of the C.C.O(combo cooler option), if other brands will have that option i'd be more than happy to try them
* definitely not over $150
* will definitely try to oc later but i don't know a thing about it yet

cool! though i believe newegg doesnt deliver here in the philippines, i mainly use www.tipidpc.com for buying pc components here, but yeah thanks for your advice, much appreciated, it would also be cool if you'd give pros and cons btw
