Solution
If you are shopping new, you will have a hard time finding anything worth buying within your budget. The best you may be able to manage within that price range will be something like a GT1010.

This far deep into the low-end, you may want to consider setting the money aside to upgrade your system to a Ryzen 3400G instead.

1080p smoothly with that CPU? No @ 768p yes.

  1. What GPU are you running now?
  2. What is your power supply Wattage and model?
It's not worth spending more than $50 on a GPU with that CPU 😕

What $50 used gets you. "Playable @768p Low to Medium settings"

300W Power Supply needed
GTX 750 Ti

450W Power Supply needed
GTX 660
R7 265

500W Power Supply needed
HD 7850
HD 6970

550W Power Supply needed
GTX 570

600W Power Supply needed
GTX 480

Hey thank you for your response above, i managed to get to know that currently GT1010 aren't released here in my country and the closest series being released here in my country is GT1030, do u by any chance would recommend that for my pc? thank you!

Your motherboard has a PCIe 2.0 x16, you can technically run any GPU made in the last 10 years as long as your power supply can handle it. ;) Is a 1030 GT going to be an upgrade? Yes, the issue here is investing in a 11-year-old system vs saving as much as you can and putting that into a platform with more life.

To show you where that $100 stands

i3 6100 + 750 ti 1080p max settings "This is roughly $175 on the used market" "With Fraps and fairly optimized"

:unsure:There are plenty of other options out there.

If you want better fps the first thing you should do is look into optimizing your settings around your hardware.

1030 with ddr5 will easily double or triple what he is getting on his GPU/CPU combo, an estimated 75-85 FPS on 1080p low, or better, easily matching what is shown in that video
If the $100 is it and there isn't going to be more, it is well worth it.
Only they know, but spending $175 for the same result is not the best solution.
