Need advice on CPU Liquid Cooling

Hi I need liquid cooling for my CPU and I dont know that much about it but which one of the following will be better or my CPU in terms of performance and durability (Spec are below)

^agree, if its aio or air stick on air until you can afford a Xspc kit, or swiftech setup because at least you can expand and improve those over time

Eaxctly, he can get a Swiftech H220x/240x and have a CPU cooler better than all of those and can be expanded.
