need advice on gpu

im going to buy a new gpu to replaced my old gtx 670 so i have three option by 2 rx480 run crossfire and 1 gtx 1080 and 1 gtx 1070 and i have 2 monitor if i buy on rx 480 can it handle any game at full setting
my set i5 4460 gskill ripjaw 1600 8gb ram h97m d3h by gigabyte and the psu is cooler master gxii 650w ( can my psu handle 2 rx 480) sorry for my bad english

I wouldn't take the gtx 1080 since your cpu will bottleneck your gpu.
I would take 2 RX480 (Let's see if what AMD said is true, if so definitly 2 RX480)
and yes your psu can handle 2 RX480

no, not all games support crossfire but DX12 will definitly change that. that's why SLI/Crossfire isn't worth it for me
