I'm building an HTPC off of my old parts(since I'm upgrading my current rig). The only part I'm missing is the graphics card, because I'm definitely carrying my Titan Black over to the new rig. What would be a good graphics card that can power up to 2 displays in 1080p? I have one 55" LED TV and a 24" monitor in my living room. I would like to be able to shift a movie window over to the TV and still let any guest have access to the PC while the movie is playing.

The budget is flexible, I can probably go up $20-30 but not more. Also I will be using a Corsair CX650 psu with this build.

Yeah, a Radeon R7 260x (over $100) can handle what the OP is describing, but so can an Intel HD 4600 graphics core.

A less expensive card like the R7 240 or R7 250 should be fine.
