Need Advice On My Case Cooling

Just recently, 2 of my computer fans have stopped working. My CPU, GPU, and PSU fans all are working fine, along with the fan in the front of my case. The front fan brings air in, the side fan blows air into the case as well, and the back fan brings it all out. The side and back fans are the ones that aren't working anymore. My question is, if I have the front fan going, is it enough to keep my system cool? Or do I need to replace them? Or would just replacing the side fan be enough? If you need anymore information regarding my system, please ask.

It would be nice to know the case and size of the fans from 120mm 140mm 200mm 220mm is just nice to know the fan size to help.

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. The front one isn't very big, the side one is about 12cm from blade to blade, the back one seems to be about the same. Sorry, i know this wasn't very helpful. =/
Edit: The front one seems to be 80mm, the side is 120mm, and the back is 120mm im pretty sure. But of course, the big ones don't work.

Also, if I were to just replace the side fan, should I leave it blowing in, even though i have no back fan? Or direct it going outwards?
