Need advice on my choice

still choosing my first build. Decieded to go with no OC for CPU, and GPU is already manufacturer OC'd.

What I chosen so far:
GPU: Gigabyte GF GTX760 2GB GDDR5 PCIE GV-N760OC-2GD 2.0

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB DDR3 CL10

CASE: Zalman Midi Tower Z5 Plus

HDD: Western Digital CAVIAR GREEN 1TB 64MB WD10EZRX

SSD later.

Should I get 3570 (non k) or 4670 (non k)?

What mobo?

What PSU?

I would go with a 4770k, thats what I got and it super easy to over clock up to 4.5GHz. Check out the Formula mobos by Asus, they are nice or some of the middle of the road Z87 boards, get one with PCI 3.0

Would corsair VS 650 and Gigabyte GA-Z87P-D3 would do the job for no OC?

For no overclocking yes.

Could You suggest cooler? is Cooler Master HYPER 212 EVO needed or something cheaper can be applied?

Yes there is a stock fan , which should be fine in most situations with no overclocking.
