Need advice on my pc upgrade

l had 3 different pcs last years and they all were amd powered cpus.
i am not satisfied with amd.
so i am upgrading my cpu,gpu,mobo & ram

iam low in budget ~ $200

in india these are the prices

CPU - Intel pentium g630 ~$62
MOBO- MSI H61M-P20 (G3) ~$51
GPU - Powercolour Radeon HD 5570 DDR3 1Gb ~$64
RAM - Crosair Value Ram 4GB DDR3 1333mhz ~$18
Total = $195

the ram will be operating at speed of 1066 becouse of cpu spec g630 support only 1066 mhz

buy the way my pc want to be a HTPC
i need to play newer games like AC,Fifa 12, GTA4 , MW2 ,New NFS MW, on my monitor which have max resolution of 1366x768 in low/med/high profile

so what are your advice to me

Honestly it is a good build for playing games at that resolution, but you need at least an HD 6770 or HD 5770 card for those games.
