Need advice on pc im having built.

Im going to have ecollegepc build me a computer but i have a few questions on the motherboard, case, and SSD. My budget is 1800. Heres what I got right now.

3.3Ghz Intel Core i5-2500K 6MB Cache Quad-Core
Thermaltake Frio Overclocking-Ready Cooler Fan/Heatsink
GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3-B3 (Intel Z68, 2xPCI-E, 8xSATA, 4xDDR3)
8GB (4GBx2) Corsair XMS3 12800 DDR3 1600Mhz Lifetime Warranty
64GB Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 SATA3 SSD
1TB 7200RPM 32MB Cache Serial ATA300 (Major Brand)
22X LG SATA Lightscribe Dual Layer DVD±RW DVD-RAM w/Nero
1536MB GeForce GTX 580 GDDR5 PCI-E Dual-DVI (Major Brand)
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
CoolerMaster Black HAF 912 (3 5.25, 5 3.5) Fan, Audio/USB/eSATA
1000watt Corsair Modular CMPSU-1000HX
Onboard LAN included
Onboard Sound included
Wires and Cables neatly tied up away from fans
3 Year Parts and Labor Limited Warranty

They have a ASUS Z68 and a deluxe ASUS Z68 motherboard and im wondering if those would be better buys than the Gigabyte. Id be willing to downgrade my graphics card to a 570 if it ment a more reliable motherboard.

With the SSD they have another brand called vector which costs more and gives 4 less GB. Is it more reliable?

Lastly they have a ton of case options so im not really sure which would be best. Few people have said some good things about the HAF 912 so thats what I got selected right now.

Oh, im planning on SLI later on which is why I have a 1000 watt powersupply. Either 570 or 580 card depending on how the motherboard affects my budget.

Thanks for any help.
