Yes and yes...no issues whatsoever. That motherboard can handle any graphics card including the RTX 2080Ti and the RAM is no issues as well...

No problems at all...On the case..boy that's hard as everyone likes something different. All I can say is that I went for the Cooler Master H500P Mesh which I found really good. Easy to build in with plenty of space, great cooling and airflow...You cant go wrong with cases from Corsair, NZXT, Phanteks and Fractal Design...

The Fractal design Meshify is also great and fairly cost effective with great airflow as well...

Dual gtx 1060? if you are planning on buying 2 gtx 1060s, understand that you cant SLI 2 gtx 1060s as its not officially supported by Nvidia. Its highly recommended that you dont run 2 of them. Most people did it for experimental purposes and fun. However if you do want to run 2 gtx 1060s, check these links out and read the articles under those videos to know more,
