Need Advice on RTX 2060 vs GTX 1070 ti

BUDGET RANGE: $750-$840
USAGE: Mostly playing fortnite and streaming. sometimes playing overwatch without stream.
CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: RX 580 4GB. And i cant decide what power supply i have 🙁
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Memory: 24 GB 2400 mhz
Monitor: 2 monitors. Main monitor (144 hz) second monitor (60hz)

Im looking for an advice regarding which GPU i should buy and how can i make use of my current budget efficiently. For example, im thinking of buying an RTX 2060 due to its low price when compared to a 1070 ti even though im not going to use the RTX option (going to turn it off since the games i play dont have an RTX option). And also get a liquid cooling system to overclock my CPU with a decent Temperature ( probably the a360 kit ). Finally, change my memory ram to a higher speed( from what i heard that Ryzen works best with 3000 + mhz)

what do you guys think? would really appreciate the help!

The GTX 1070 ti has more power. But, the RTX 2060 has DLSS (on supported games) that make the output images look of higher quality. But the 1070 ti is only slightly more powerful. So it depends on how much you want to spend.

If you can get 1070 Ti at the price of RTX 2060 then go for it.
Otherwise get the 2060.
