I am a first time builder and I plan to use the PC for gaming, streaming, and recording. I want to make sure I am getting the best bang for my buck. Not really set on any parts or specs, except for staying with Intel processor and 1070 or 1080 GPU. Have a look and let me know how I did.

Unless there is a specific feature that the 7700K has, an R7 1700 with 3200MHz memory will be a much more suitable CPU for your needs.
