(a bit urgent) i'm about to build the newest pc with components from 2014-2020. but it's too expensive and i need some recommendations.

this is my planned build:

AMD RX 550 GPU
AMD ATHLON 200GE CPU (need some recommendations for cheap fans too please :D)
A320M MOBO
TEAMELITE DUAL CHANNEL 2X4 GB DDR4 3200MHZ RAM
V GEN SSD 240GB SATA3
V GEN SSD 120GB SATA3
HDD 500GB SEAGATE BARACUDA
PSU THERMALTAKE LITEPOWER RGB 450 WATT 80+ bronze (this is the cheapest 80+ psu i can find in my country, Indonesia)
PHANTEKS ECLIPSE P300 WHITE CASE (i don't really know about case airflows, i really need a recommendation for this)
ASUS vp 228HE (need some good 1360x768 resolution monitor recommendation please :))

that's all $534.46 in my country. but if there are some recommendations for cheaper components, then i appreciate it!

games i play:
-total tank simulator (at medium graphic. i got 20-30 fps with core 2 quad q6600 and GT 730 at medium)
-world of tanks (medium-high graphic. i got 45 fps average at medium with the spec above, the core 2 quad)
-warthunder (medium-high too. i got 40 fps average at low with the spec above)
-microsoft flight simulator 2020 (at least the lowest graphic)
-any recent AAA games (low- medium)

for me, ideal fps are 30-60. that's enough.
please note that i only want a directx 12 or any latest kind of such stuffs.
thank you

Solution
I'd skip the rx550 and a200ge. Get a 3200g and msi b450 max motherboard. No gpu needed, the 3200g has built in gpu that performs close to a rx550.

Since it's a low power system, airflow isn't a major concern, get the cheapest case that you like the appearance of and then get a couple of fans for it.

I'd opt for a single 480gb/500gb ssd instead of two small drives, it's generally cheaper and better performing.

For the psu, the litepower will probably be fine with a 3200g, it's not a good psu, so if you ever upgrade to a better cpu or gpu, you'll need to replace the psu as well. I'd personally consider the be-quiet u9, it's a much better unit and can handle some upgrades. If you want to cross check the psu's, here's a list...

Do be sure that the ram you chose has a cas latency below 18 for 3200mhz, otherwise a slower 3000Mhz or 2666Mhz set with lower cas latency(cl 14-16 ish) will work just as well.

Since you're only gaming at 60fps or lower, any monitor will work as the majority are 60Hz.
