Hello, I am looking to upgrade my GPU and PSU and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

Here is a link to my specs and some other information!

PSU is (KINGWIN ABT-650MM 650W ATX 12V v2.2/ BTX SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply)

Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP

Budget Range: 300-350

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming and streaming games

Preferred Website(s) for Parts Newegg

Parts Preferences: I would prefer Nvidia

Why Are You Upgrading: I just badly need a new GPU and PSU. I believe my GPU is bottlenecking my CPU, and my PSU isn't that up to standard.
