Replacing the cpu took more effort than I prefered, so I added quick disconnects. The only issue is connecting my cpu block to my motherboard now starts kinking the tubes. Is my best option extenders and 90° fittings?

Extenders and 45 or 90 degree angled fittings are seemingly going to be your best friends though in hindsight you'd be best informed to learn that adding angled fitting tends to introduce restriction to your loop. It's best to avoid them where possible and go for straight ended fittings(be it compression or barbed).

FYI, you may need to rethink your loop and placement of your QDC's since soft, thick walled tubing tend to kink over time so you may want to investigate the order of your loop as well as your tubing thickness as it looks like the tubing is less than ID1/2" OD3/4".

The picture is pretty hard to see even on a Dell U2311H which happens to have one of the best color calibrations. SO a better picture is in order as well. Might...
