Question Need advice on what ram to buy

Hi guys this is my current specs

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus b450 pro
RAM: Corsair LPX vengeance 8x2 2400mhz
GPU: Asus strix rx 580


Planning to upgrade my ram to either 3600 or 3200. I got my eye on trident z rgb , trident z neo & aorus rgb

does my system unit support 3600? or i just should go for 3200?

which of the 3 is a good ram for my unit

Also, should i go for 32gb? they say ryzen is best when equipped with 32gb ram

System may support up to DDR4-3200, but you can consider a higher frequency for future possibility. DDR4-3600 kit can run fine by manually setting to DDR4-3200.

32GB and higher capacity is always better, but whether you need it depends on how often you use more than ~12GB at a time. Most users can be fine with 16GB, but power users that may have virtual machines, 3D rendering, and other programs running in the background may need more as they choose/need to have multiple tasks operating simultaneously. Average user can close a task to start another if available physical memory is low.
