Hello everyone. I am looking to build a new pc within the next week was hoping I can get some help or suggestions from you all.

Approximate Purchase Date: Within next week.

Budget Range: My budget is no more than $900

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Streaming, A bit of app development

Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon or Newegg, I am open to other reliable online stores

Parts Preferences: I already have a mobo I got it on a deal for $100 the MSI x470 Gaming Plus so it is NOT to be included in the budget. Thanks.
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/X470-GAMING-PLUS.html

Overclocking: Yes but not instantly. I can wait to later buy a cooling kit within the next month or better fans.

SLI or Crossfire: No

Additional Comments: Only need the rig no additional hardware. If possible include the mobo I already own (linked above). I plan to be able to upgrade it in the future where I will build another pc and parts I replace I can have it for secondary pc for brother. I want a pc now because I haven't gamed and was working on personal projects and now I am a bit behind. Hoping to be able to game and stream some of the current games at decent settings.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Old pc had a AMD FX6300 CPU and a radeon 7850 GPU and hard drive died.

Thank you for taking your time, I appreciate it.

This is awesome I actually was thinking of a RTX 2060. Would it matter if I get it another brand of a 2060 and maybe have 16 gb or ram instead?

You can do that. The 32gb is a bit overkill anyhow.

I appreciate you taking the time to choose the parts thank you. So I made the changes on the RAM and GPU. What would be something recommended to upgrade if I want to OC the CPU, RAM, and maybe the GPU?

Better RGB CPU cooler. Should be able to push the 2700 to 4ghz.

The ram has been changed for something cheaper. Its black with rgb, but 200mhz faster.
You really arent going to get more than 3200 out of the ram with overclocking.

Not really much to upgrade for gpu overclocking. RTX cards have strict power limits set by nvidia meaning they don't overclock far.
