Need advice - PC UPGRADE

I want to upgrade my old system and I have a budget of only 400€. I want to change the GPU, CPU, Motherboard, PowerSupply and RAM.
How is this build?:

Does someone know a better one? I would prefer motherboard with DDR3 because I already have 4GB DDR3.

Stick with ddr4 if you're going with Skylake.

Go with a more reliable psu.

You're on the right track though. I would have gone straight for the i3 6100 too.

Yeah, put the 4gb DDR3 in the trash and dual chips are better than one (2x4gb etc). And yes, PSU should be better. Maybe at that level a radeon r9 or strix GPU might be better too. Not much in it. Overall a good build though.

Yeah it'll probably work fine but the VS arent too reliable or energy efficient and pretty limited hence the price

should I buy 2x4GB DDR4 RAM or 1x8GB DDR4 RAM? And could I buy first 1x4 GB RAM and after buy 1x4 GB RAM again? Would they work together?

Try to get 2x4GB at once, but yeah getting 1x4GB now and getting 1x4GB later SHOULD work too.
