Need advice please

Have a problem
updated my bios on ryzen 1700 ,asus b350 plus motherboard
no post no beeps,now the no beep part may be because didn't come with a speaker.
corsair vengeance ddr4 3000 was running at 2300 MHz no problems
updated to new bios ,said update was successful.
but-wont boot into bios or windows.

tried cmos reset which is stupid the way asus designed this board
video card is fine
Power supply is fine
thinking maybe with the updated bios that ram wont work period.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated before i rma back to amazon.

Instructions said to use a screwdriver to short the pins ,tried that, removed cmos battery no luck
confused. i swore off asus motherboards years ago,but thought ok maybe they fixed quality issues.

Did you flash BIOS 0606 not 0605? Since thats a beta

yes flashed newest bios 0606 no post ,cant get into bios at all, i am starting to wonder if i didnt short cmos correctly
this board cmos reset is not user friendly at all.
i shorted it with a flathead screwdriver across both pins
removed cmos battery tried it again no post
all lights are on the motherboard but no video,dont have a 2 pin speaker to try for beeps.

update tried reset cmos did not work
removed ram tried 1 stick at a time did not work
last step is to remove cpu and put it back in .
