Need advice - price vs performance

6770 $57
R7 250 $53
GTX 750Ti $102
GT730 $52

Read a lot of good reviews on the gtx 750ti but is it really worth it considering the price difference?
Which is 2nd best?

I play re6 and the likes @720p res.

You won't get a good experience with any of these cards. If you can save up 150$ you'll be able to afford an Rx 460 which would be massively better than any of these cards.

Yes... gtx 1080 even more massive.

The 750ti and 730 are priced fairly and yes the 750ti is more than twice as fast as 730, all the other GPUs you listed are slower for the same cost.

The R7 250 in the above list is actually R7 240..
Seeing in the hierarchy list its still 1 level higher than the GT 730.

But others have said the.GT 730 is actually better:
