Question Need advice regarding my 2070

I purchased a Gigabyte 2070 around 2 years ago. It doesn't have great cooling but around a month ago, the temps seemed to have gotten worse, so I decided to file an rma and sent it to Gigabyte. After a month, they sent it back with only replacing the thermal paste and I haven't noticed much difference. When playing MSFS in high-medium settings, the temps are 77-80c and with hotspots 95-97C. Are these normal temps or should I go to my local Microcenter and ask them to replace the thermal paste again?
Thanks.

Depends on what case/fans you have please elaborate.
Case: Corsair 275r with the front panel off
Fans: 2ML120s one as intake and one as exhaust and the case fan it came with as an intake.
Motherboard; Z490-e
Cpu: I5-10600k with a dark rock 4 cooler
When gaming, I have the Ml120s set to 1400-1500rpm since msfs is not very cpu intensive so they don't increase the rpms on their own.
