So recently, my lap has noticed me about drive error regularly. Even if I fix it, the error will reappear after two or three days. System programs such as SFC, Windows Update or DISM are not working properly and file corruption sometimes shows up randomly. Last month, I tried to reset my lap and resinstall Windows but the problems started to reappear recently. I ran Victoria and the result returned included some bad sectors but I don't know if it could be fixed or ignored. Does my HDD need to be replaced? In addition, I intend to clean install Windows 11, will it be affected by my drive's current status? I would be really appreaciate for any advices, thank you.

As others have advised, you should replace the HDD ASAP. Those green, orange and red blocks in particular indicate that the HDD is at death's door.

If you have data that's valuable to you on the disk, I suggest that you don't run your laptop any more than absolutely necessary until you have a replacement drive and/or you've backed up those data somewhere.
