Nope, your mobo doesnt support it.

Intel cpus only work on intel mobos, amd cpus only work on amd mobos, and the mobo and cpu have to be the same socket (i.e. 1155 for intel, am3 for amd, ect)
this i3-3240 should be better than the 6300 for the same price:

according to tom's anyways:

On the ram issue we still need more info than that, like the actual model number, that was just the brand and a size.
Your CPU is pretty weak, and you didnt get enough info about the hard disk to actually know if that's the problem, but if it's old it probably is A problem.
But your motherboard seems to be able to support some much better CPUs, so you're lucky there.
Your graphics card should be fine.
The speed of your ram could be an issue if it's slow ram. The ram your motherboard supports is pretty "meh" though.

My hard drive is like 8 years old or so, Thanks.

Your ram looks fine 8 gigs at 1600 should be perfectly acceptable for gaming.

Yeah, your hard drive might only be 5400rpm which is pretty bleh, thankfully, getting a newer faster harddrive isn't very expensive, and if you still have your windows install cd, you can reinstall the OS on the new one, and then set it as a the boot drive, and install your new games onto it, while leaving all your old documents on the old HDD.

You can get an SSD http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ssd-recommendation-benchmark,3269.html to have a really fast boot and load time, and as long as you carefully manage the space on it (delete games you dont use, don't put the downloads folder on it, ect) it will be easily manageable.

Or get an HDD that's faster: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007603%20600457691%20600457686%20600457687&IsNodeId=1&name=10000%20RPM&Order=RATING
