Need advice with air coolers

I am building a gaming rig for a friend and he wants a good air cooler for around 35 dollars. Should I get the Hyper 212 Evo or are there better air coolers out there for around the same price. I use a Corsair H60 myself so I don't know much about air coolers. Thanks

The 212 EVO is a good choice, if it fits in the designated case.
