Black ops doesn't take much of a GPU to play but i would still suggest upgrading. First you need more Memory. 8GB or RAM should be enough, Upgrade your CPU to an AMD Phenom II X4 or X6. Ill list some links to some parts. And for your GPU I would get an ASUS Geforce gtx 550Ti.

Here are the links.

All together its gonna cost you about $291.00 bucks including shipping.

First of GTX550Ti is on level with HD6770 so not really an upgrade even not worth it from HD6750. You are limited with the CPU upgrade with what is supported in your PC http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&docname=c01612528#N101 Really nothing worth upgrading to on that board.
Maybe new mATX motherboard, CPU and ram (DDR3) and hope MS allows you to use your OEM windows after you call them to activate.
