Hi guys how are you?

I`m going to the USA next month and i`ll buy a new high capacity SSD for me

I live in Brazil and here one of 1TB or 960GB SSD is something about 3x the price that we pay at the USA 🙁

So i saw this both SSD`s and wanna know what`s the best choice, and of course, if you have some more advice fell free to post here :)

Thanks guys

Samsung makes the best and most reliable SSD's out for the money. Intel rivals them but can't beat the price point.

I am not too familiar with either of those two you've listed but I am sure someone will help you decide between them if you are sure one of those is the one you want.

MLC's (multi-layer cell) store bits of info in multiple levels in a cell. MLC's = higher storage density and lower cost per MB but higher chance of Failure. SLC's (single layer cell) Store bits of info on a single level per cell. SLC's = Low Power Consumption, High Reliability, Faster transfer speeds, Higher Cost.

Most high end systems run an slc drive. Lower end "future shop" buys, are typically mlc.
