Hello, I am planning on buying a new PC in the next few months (december most likely). I would mainly use it for gaming and as a workstation to some extent (for Photoshop and 3D Rendering) because I'm interested in digital art.

Now I would like to mention that I'n my country, our hardware stores don't have many brands like Corsair (at all), and there isn't a huge variety in parts. Ordering from an online store (Amazon, Newegg, etc ) is possible but the amount of taxes I'd pay is horrendous, and even if I did I couldn't even imagine how I would return a product if something would be broken. But I really do need a new PC. So this is what I've found and I'll leave in the few options In because I don't know whats the best thing to get with my budget (around 1050-1100$ without the monitor).

CPU - AMD Ryzen 3700X (392.00$)
Cooler - Deepcool MAELSTROM 240T (82.17$)/ CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML240L (72.74$)/ Antec KUHLER H2O K240 (82.64$)
Motherboard - MSI B450 Tomahawk (135.12$)/ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING (162.57$)/TUF B450-PRO GAMING (129.79$)
RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury 2x8GB 3200 MHz (101.78$)
SSD M.2 - ADATA ASX8200PNP 512GB (102.06$)
PSU - Seasonic Focus Plus 650 Gold SSR-650FX (123.61$)/ FSP Hydro G 750W (130.63$)/ EarthWatts Gold Pro EA750G-Pro (130.63$)/Seasonic Focus Plus Platinum SSR-750PX
(134.87$)
Case - NZXT H500(94.31$)/ CoolerMaster MasterBox Q500L(74.70$)
Monitor - Dell S2719DG (476.22$)

I was planning to wait for the B550 to start releasing, but I don't know how good of an idea this is.

I currently have a EVGA GTX 1070 SC and I was planning to leave it with the current build and buy a new card next year, because I want to buy a new monitor . My current monitor is starting to show its age (almost 8 years). But if its a better option, I would get the AMD RX 5700 TX instead of the monitor

I will link the site I was using (www.itsvet.com) . This site gathers price and other information from my countries tech stores online shops. Its something like amazon (getting the best deal) but you can't order from it, it just takes you to their site. It is not in English but you can translate it to English.

Now because I'm planning on buying it in the next few months I don't know if I should hold off and wait to see if something better is released.

Excuse my grammar, its not the best.

If this is the case I might as well get the new intel 10th generation, if they're better than the current CPU's. Sadly in my country there are rarely any sales and I highly doubt that they will do price cuts upon new releases. The Ryzen 2700x is still around 320-340$ here
