Hello everyone, I'm helping my dad upgrade his old computer. He mainly uses the computer for running AutoCount (an accounting software) and sometimes for browsing the internet and watching Youtube. This is my first time doing something like this so I need some help.
So the parts that I have chosen to replace are the CPU, Motherboard and RAM by following this guide, as listed below:
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G Processor with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics
MSI ProSeries AMD Ryzen A320 DDR4 VR Ready HDMI USB 3 micro-ATX Motherboard (A320M PRO-VHL)
Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR4 2666 MT/s (PC4-21300) SR x8 DIMM 288-Pin - BLS2K4G4D26BFSB (Gray)
So my main concerns are:
- whether the existing PSU will be compatible/enough with these new parts. The current PSU is an Acbel ME2 PLUS 400W Power Supply (HB9017-YUEGT).
- and whether the motherboard, which is a micro atx board, will fit in the current case, which I believe is a mid-tower case
I have attached some pictures of the case and psu:
Thanks for any advise!
