Need ALOT Of Help Please

So this is how it started i updated my drivers for my pc and i had to restart to complete it and now on the desktop it just keeps flashing. I did YouTube tutorials on it and nothing. I can open task manager and thats it. Please help i need my pc fixed.

Where did the drivers come from?? You didnt use a 3rd party program did you?

I used the amd radeon settings on my pc.

Dont install em on device manager,thats how i f ed my previous pc
