Question need an advice about a build issue

i need help with an issue
will appreciate any help

here is my spec:

Asus Prime z570 pro
Ryzen 7 5800X
64 Corsair Ram (dual cmw32gx4m2c3000c15)
Gigabyte Aorus RTX 4070 Ti
Corsair RM1000e (1000W)
and Corsair 7000D Case and H115i CPU cooler

my issue is:

when i play games it can do very well constant gameplay full day with no issue (God of war)
but when i quit God of war and started The riftbreaker it got stuck on main menu screen (had to force reboot)
this happened once

then next time it happened in full day of playing world of tanks (difference is about a week between recurrence i play on daily basis)
the strange thing is - my mouse is responding and moving
i had youtube open and video clips running i was able to change videos randomly but PC was unusable (had to force reboot)

(Gaming sensors data CPU Max from HWmon Package 79c CCD 82 Cores 74)

i have task manager HWmonitor Gpuz and corsair dashboard opened when it happens the sensors stops reporting and task manager tabs not responding

my RGB on the motherboard and RAM froze - only force restart (long power button press)
this is not happening when idle or under heavy load Prime/OCCT/Cinebench

i did CPU+GPU load (Power in OCCT)
also did DDU/bios reflash

any advice would be appreciated

Hi Thanks for reply Version is 5.32
it just happened but this timer the PC power gone out (Ram RGB pattern froze)

if its not RAM, for some reason i very much suspect the PSU but im not sure can prove it in the shop
