Need an advice about new GPU

Hello guys, My graphic card which served me for 4 years has died. I now must get a new one, and since I don't know that much about gpu's I would like to ask you about an advice.
I need it almost entirely for gaming (Witcher 3, Dota, Shadow of War etc). I can squeze max 30k Serbian dinars (~300$), but I can throw a few bucks more if the price difference is small and the gain is big. Please use these sites for the prices as Amazon and other companies don't ship to my country

MOBO: GD65 990FXA
CPU: AMD 8350 /w 212 EVO
Case: MasterBox 5 modular - MCX-B5S1-KWNN-11 Midi Tower
RAM: 4gx2 Blue patriot viper

What settings do you plan to play on? Ultra,high, medium? If you want high and ultra get rx 570/580 or gtx1060(in serbia you cant get them for less than 40.000 in that shops,expect 1060 i guess). For medium setting gtx1050ti is fine. Dont go with anything below gtx1050ti

The main concern I have is my CPU (8350 stock) and pretty scared about a possible bottleneck. I was thinking about rx 570 actually, it has a decent perfomance, and is around 35k Dinars (350$). I'm really concerned about Temperatures under load, As I Had r9 280x for over 3 years which ran at 75c minimum.

R9 series run at very very high temps. I have rx 570 strix and temp never hit more than 68 degrees on furmak( 1h test, pc is on floor). And, if you are choosing between 1060 3gb and 570, get 1060, it is better. If you can find somewhere 580 that would be good. i3 8350 wont make any bottleneck with either 1060 or 570
