Need an advice for a new laptop

Hi guys
My brother would like to buy a new gaming laptop.
We have budged up to EUR 1.300,- and preferably at least 17 inch screen
Can you give us an advice for the best money/performance
We are looking at many tech sites but the results are mostly misleading.

You may also check for other options taking specifications of the above ones as a reference. Just remember you can get are 8th Gen i7 and GTX 1060 6GB combo within your budget and that would be the best price-performance ratio you'll be after (RAM amount/HDD capacity may vary slightly).
