I have a budget of 200 euros. My current PC specifications are: CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-3220 Processor (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz), RAM: 4GB, GPU: Geforce GT 630. I plan on upgrading my RAM to 16gb later. 1. Question - What GPU should I buy based on my rig. 2. Question - What FPS will I get in games like GTA 5 or other triple A games with my rig. On a resoliution 1920x1080. 3. Question - Is my CPU bad/decent/good and will it bottleneck with new good GPU? And how bad will it be?
By the way I could add like 10-30 euros to my budget, Thanks!

Solution
There would be no signficant improvement over what you currently have for 100 euros. Keep your current CPU, unless your budget increases dramatically.
