Hi I am just looking for a GPU that will give me around or over 200 fps while recording minecraft my budget is $240, psu included (PC is a inspiron 3847 i3 core) can I get as many responses as possible?

shoot well... haven't ordered yet, I have one more question though, it says 400W is recommended for the card you posted is the 650W the best? should I go with the 500W now?

"400 watts is recommended to run the card"... That doesn't really mean that it draws 400 watts. A reference 970 draws 145 watts and recommends a 500W power supply. But that doesn't mean that you need 500 watts. It is a recommendation because they cannot control what brand or series of power supply you will buy, and they cannot guarantee that lower quality power supplies of less than 500 watts will handle the load of 145 watts split to 75 added to P1 (20+4 pin on motherboard) and the PCIe power (6-pin or 6+2 pin). Without this guarantee, they cannot recommend a power supply under 500 watts.

However, Tom's Hardware has a PSU Tier List that has PSU's ranked by quality. Tier one being the best, Tier five being potential system killers.

Any of these will work for you.
