Hello Everyone! I will cut to the chase. I am using a fx 8320. Can I use an ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 instead of a GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P and have any problems? Thanks in advance!

Yes they both support AM3+ chips so they are both compatible with your 8320.
The motherboard has little to do with which GPU it supports, but your GPU will work with both boards.

Both are pretty poor boards though. I'd recommend upgrading to a 990 series board if you plan on unlocking your CPUs potential.
