Hello. I need some suggestions for computer parts here.

This is who I am and what I do in detail and my expectations for the specs.
All I need is the cheapest machine specs that can do what I described below:

(This is sorted by my priority for the machine)

■I am an IT Engineering student. I need to run virtual networks, virtual machines and local host (IIS and XAMPP) to be run smoothly even when I am rendering a 3DS Max scene.

    ■ RealFlow simulator and 3D Studio Max user for more than 5 years (not advanced, though still I feel I know little about them), I do 3D Max modelling with camera tracking and also automotive modelling for games or show cases (see one of my rendered 3D models here) I used to work with V-Ray but now I stick with MentalRay. I use RealFlow to simulate water drops behaviors and then make water maps for my upcoming game, means I don't use RealFlow all the time (currently). I soon will be needing a PC to render the game cut scenes in 3DS Max.

Web designer (front end and back end) CSS, HTML, JS. I believe I can do this with a weak low end PC.

    ■ 3D Game designer (I do shader designing and I am making a game with Unity3D, the game has a city twice big as GTA V's map)

    ■ php, .Net Software developer

    ■ Video processing, I do a lot of SONY Vegas video mixing only in FullHD, HD, HQ or SD or smaller. (not 4K or so).

■FL Studio music composing, this is not really important for me, but this software should be run smoothly when playing in "live ( Performent)" mode.
Also that means that the sound card should be good, too.

I do need a PC that at least works for me smoothly for the next 5 years. I am not rich, and the projects I do are generally not for business (I don't earn money currently with it) . So that means I really should be so careful in the balancing the price and the performance, that is why I ask you such hardware specs.

Also I might play games (obviously I should play my own video games as a test so that I can continue developing them) but may be I play games like ProjectCARS or something (it is not important for me to run those games in FullHD, even 1024*768 is okay and I am not a hardcore gamer, though).

Oh sure, I totally forgot that fact. Something around 1K $ to 1899$ (not 1900$ at all).

You can play around with the case if you like some other better... but all in all this should do it and will last for 5-6 years. Mobo has the newsest chipset so you can even upgrade the processor after couple of years.

Solution
Mobo for 2 cpu would be server motherboards and it would cost a lot. 6700k can handle a lot of processing, you can see the benchmarks on youtube and internet. Well you can get quadro K6000 but look at the price... Better buy Titan X then which will be close to the performance of quadro k6000 when it comes to rendering stuff. This being said GTX 980ti will also do very good job in rendering even 4K videos and you shouldn't have any issue. But if you want to spend more money on GPU I would choose titan x over quadro k6000

Here is another build which would be a tiny little bit faster for video and image rendering but it will cost more and it will be less future oriented
