Need an Overclocking Build under $700

So far I really like the MSI MPower and i5 4670k, which in total cost about $400. Is it possible, using these components, to build a pretty fast overclockable build for under $700/$750ish.

If you have any other builds using a different motherboard and processor, please share them. All advice is welcome. This computer will be used for average work, maybe a few games, but I would still like it to be really fast.
(Note) If you recommend an AMD build, which seem to be much more cost efficient, can you please explain what's the difference between AMD and intel, and how come AMD's run at much higher GHz, yet perform lower?

stay with intel for fast processing.... with amd you need to overclocking like a hell to have the same performance of the i5-4670k
