Need an upgrade for my new laptop

I recently bought a laptop and it's barely able to run anything before i bought it i was under the impression it would run games quite fast the specs are:
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
AMD K16 46 °C
Mullins Technology
7.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-12-28)
Hewlett-Packard 80CB (Socket FT3b)
Standard Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon R5 Graphics (HP) 45 °C
1863GB Seagate ST2000LM003 HN-M201RAD (SATA) 26 °C
Could i upgrade this or get it upgraded to something like an r7 so it would run games better.
P.S Sorry for my lack of knowledge on the subject.

Usually you cant upgrade/change GPU of laptop
Also the CPU is dual core with 2 threads and if im correct its on 1.4GHz so i wont expect it to run the newest games on ultra settings.
