HD 5770.
I5 3750K.
ASRock Z77 Extreme 4.
Hyper Cooler 212 +
500W PSU, COOLMASTER.

I want to upgrade my PSU + GPU

My budget: ~$370

I would recommend the 7950 since it has more overclocking head room then the GTX card. Unless you play games which can benefit from CUDA I would again go for the AMD card.

Yep. Except for the 670 and possibly the 690, AMD is usually better at a given price point.
