trying to make my dream build for as little as possible by purchasing all the new parts building it, than selling my old pc parts im not using.

I am giving my old fx 4130 setup and my current ddr3 RAM to my friend along with my HDD PSU and case.

im trying to sell these remaining parts i have:

MSI z97 PC mate ATX (1 year old) 60$

I7 4790k (1 year old) 280$

GTX 1070 EVGA founders (5 months old) 375$

Questions i need answered-

Are these Fair prices to ask or should i ask for less?

Where should i sell?

I am new to selling. I have heard bad things about paypal, How should I sell it? wait until i have the money in cash in my hand than send it?

I only used my PC about a couple times a month in the past year so i don't have much play time on it. meaning they are in top condition and barely used.
