Need Answers ASAP [Need Multiple Opinions]

Okay now I have purchased all of these parts below. (Except for my GPU because I'm stuck deciding on what to choose)

My PC

my next paycheck will be around $630 CAD and I have quite a bit of options in my mind and that's why I need help from you guys THE COMMUNITY!

Option (1)

Monitor: 144hz Monitor

with: EVGA Ge Force GTX 960 4G SuperSC ACX 2.0+

Or the more expensive one: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB FTW ACX 2.0+

Option (2)

Monitror: None use my 24 Inch LCD Tv until I can buy a monitor.

With:EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0

Or the more expensive one:EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB FTW+ ACX 2.0+

Option (3)

Monitor:144hz Monitor

With:EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked

Or the more expensive one:EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB FTW ACX

I really need help deciding on what to do! And idk if my cpu will bottleneck my gpu please tell me.

(Also if anyone knows how to get windows on a usb and ready to use please tell me! I have it on my usb but I cant configure it because the program is not compatible with mac 🙁)

Get one of the 970's and wait on the monitor. DON'T rush on getting just any monitor, be patient, and eventually get the best you can afford, as it will far outlast (usually) your system and the one after that.

I would go with gtx 970, just get something smaller like Asus STRIX or Msi Gaming 4G, bigger cards would be tight fit in ur case. Also get an aftermarket cooler for ur cpu if u don't have one.
