Need any advice on my build.

Soon I'm going to order all the parts for my rig. Need to quickly make sure if everything will be fine with my gaming rig. This will be my first ever build.
Im trying to play games like days, arma3, subnautica, h1z1, rust, arc, and more things like that.
Need to know if my pc is good enough and any modifications that can improve my pc. Im on a budget of $650.

this build should be plenty to do what you're wanting out of it though i do suggest some better ram such as kingston hyperx fury black

Build is good. While some better ram will help it is not necessary but for an extra 3$ for it would be a considerable improvement

Skip the cooler and upgrade the CPU to i5-4590. It turbos to 3.7Ghz. compared to the i5-4460 3.4Ghz. You don't really need the cooler. The stock Intel is fine.

not a bad thought but couldn't he just OC the 4460? then he could get good cool performance without a struggle

wait how do you even turbo boost. like what would i have to do. is it like a feature on the pc.

Turbo boost is enabled by default. You don't have to do anything. When CPU demand is high it will draw extra power and speed up a bit.
