Okay, I would like expert opinion on how to improve this build. Any advice is welcome. If you think something is useless and should be downgraded don't hesitate to tell me.

-thanks

really, its an excellent build, its also going to look awesome in that storm enforcer. the biggest question is OC'd GTX 560 ti's or HD6950 2gb's.
Its a tough call. Id lean towards towards the 560 ti's, but there are plenty of people who would disagree.
this is assuming you are running at 1080p resolution

yes 1080p, i was also thinking of getting a stronger card and have a single card instead of crossfire/sli. This would make my build more future friendly because later i can buy another used card and crossfire/sli in the future once the card im using gets behind the times.

My thoughts exactly, maybe go with the 580 BUT only if you plan to upgrade to a second card within a few months. I say this because if you don't plan on it then most likely you will wait and by the time your ready for the second card... Chances are there will be a better version out there. So in my opinion I say go with a better single card "ONLY" if you plan on getting the second one within a few months. If you can't, then I say take the two 6950's. Good luck and enjoy your new rig!

Yeah but I think 560's will be out dated in a few years, where is the 580's still newer and in SLI they rock most games at max graphics, up to you tho.. Gl!
