Hi all! Sorry if this is the wrong place to post.
I’m currently trying to run:
ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce 2070 Super
AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core
GIGABYTE X570 Auros Pro WiFi
64GB DDR4 RAM[(2) 32GB]
650W PSU
1TB Corsair HDD (used from old computer)
1TB Intel SSD 660P Series

So my PC will start up and my mouse and keyboard will work fine if I’m in the BIOS menu. But if I tried to load Windows 7 from my HDD, the moment it gets to the login screen, both devices stop working. It’s like they lose power and shuts off.
I’ve tried every USB port and disabling driver signature enforcement but not sure what else I can try. I’m not sure what’s making the devices lose power but I’m wondering if it’s because I’m trying to run Windows 7 from my used HDD. I was planning to get my computer up and running with Windows 7 and upgrading to 10 after things started to run smoothly.
Does anyone have any advice or know what may be causing this issue?
Thank you in advanced!

Solution
id say its driver issue and also running an old copy of windows on a new system , im sure its missing drivers.. try reinstalling windows 10 from scratch
