[SOLVED] Need assistance with choosing Ram

I have an (Asrock B450M/AC) MOBO.

Ryzen 5 (PICASSO) 3400G CPU.

The issue is that I want 32gb of ddr4 for my board but remain confused of all the tech garble such as speeds, compatibility, size and configuration, etc.

I highly prefer to buy from newegg and simply want 32gb of ram for my setup, I just need pointed to the right direction. Please keep cost in mind as well.

I realize 32 gb is not cheap at all, I just do not care about fancy RGB or other bells and whistles that cost more.

Does speed even matter? I mean, if the ram is of a higher speed than supported by the mem controller will the ram not just default the speed to controller bus limitations?

It matters kinda, might give you 2-3 fps more depending on the frequency.
It will run at 2933mhz with your cpu on that motherboard.

You want guaranteed compatibility.
It is tricky for ryzen.
And, ryzen depends on fast ram for performance.
Go to a ram vendor site and access their ram selection app.
Enter your motherboard and processor ;
you will get a list of compatible kits.
