Need ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB3 mobo / RAM compatibility help please

Can I use PC3-10600 DDR3-1333MHz UDIMM UnBuffered Non Parity RAM in an ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB3 mobo which accepts DIMM DDR3 2000(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 Hz ECC, Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory Dual Channel RAM?

Please forgive me if I overwhlem you with data. I've collected everything I think might be important for a good answer.

I have an HP Pavilion P7-1010 desktop running on an AMD Athlon II x7 645 processor at 3.10 GHz. It's RAM is PC3-10600 DDR3-1333MHz UDIMM UnBuffered Non Parity. 4 x4-gig RAM sticks for 16 gigs of total RAM. The motherboard is an N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX.

I want to upgrade the P7-1010's N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX mobo to an ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB3 motherboard that accepts Memory 4 x DIMM, Max. 16GB, DDR3 2000(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 Hz ECC, Non ECC, Un-buffered Memory Dual Channel Memory.

Will the ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB3 work with my AMD Athlon II x7 645 processor, PC3-10600 DDR3-1333MHz UDIMM UnBuffered Non Parity 4 stick 16 gigs of ram, and AMD Radeon HD 6450 video card? Thanks!

Yes should be fine, the 645 (which is an X4 not X7) is supported and it can run the 4x4GB - GPU should be no problem either
